Aspire Seating takes pride in their customer delivery service, the basics of which are shown on our T&Cs but we'd like to expand on our personal company ethos, if we may.


Experienced, reliable couriers


Our deliveries  are made by experienced and reliable couriers, some of whom we have forged relationships with over a number of years, These carefully selected companies are an extension of the good service we aim to provide from acceptance of  your order to receipt of your finished products. They are, therefore, fully aware of what we expect from a delivery company: courteous drivers, handling their cargo with care, and keeping in touch with customers  where required.


Do you have special delivery instructions?


We typically make our deliveries during Mon - Fri during normal office hours and for most customers this is satisfactory. However, we appreciate that it's notalways practical to receive a delivery during this time and we are happy to discuss your individual requirements. There may be an additional charge for this but please feel free to get in touch as we're confident we can find an acceptable solution.




We endeavor to minimise packaging wherever possible without compromising the safety of the furniture whilst in transit. The main reasons being: 1) The impact of unnecessary packaging material on the environment and

2) Saving our customers precious time when having to unwrap and then dispose of mountains of boxes and reams of bubble wrap!

For this reason the majority of our furniture will arrive with a clear polythene bag on seating to keep the items clean, and corrugated card board and special bubble wrap to table top edges for protection. Your products are also blanketed and strapped inside the vehicle where necessary.


Keeping you in the loop


If you would like your delivery to be booked in prior to dispatch please state this clearly on your order giving a telephone number of the designated person we should contact. It's a good idea to do this, especially for sites that are not manned all day. (Otherwise deliveries will be made Mon- Fri, during normal office hours.)

Not only does this ensure the smooth offloading of your furniture but it also eliminates the possibility of costly re-delivery charges - there's nothing worse that realising your furniture delivery has arrived and you're not there to receive it!

Our drivers also have mobile phones and are able to keep in contact with your site address to advise if they are experiencing any delays on route.


Installation service


Unless otherwise agreed, our deliveries are made by driver only and it is therefore the customer's responsibility to have adequate personal to unload the vehicle on arrival, as he willbe unable to provide assistance.

We do offer an installation service and should you wish to take advantage of this we can install / place / remove our packaging material from your site, leaving the area ready to use. Please contact our sales office and we can offer a quotation tailored to your individual requirements.
