Refunds Policy

As Aspire Seating manufactures the majority of their furniture from scratch we therefore cannot offer a refund or cancellation for the return of goods without our written consent, and on our terms which will indemnify us against loss.

Goods that may be accepted for return or cancellation with automatically attract a minimum 25% re-stocking charge, plus an appropriate collection charge, where applicable. Items should be in a saleable / undamaged condition and adequately packaged for collection / transit - damage or shortages that would prevent us from re-selling any returned items will not be credited or refunded.

Occasionally things can go wrong. Whilst we endeavor to ensure we offer the best possible service and product quality we are only human and sometimes (if very rarely!) mistakes can happen. All we ask that is you allow us to do whatever we can within our power to resolve any problem that may present itself.
