Refunds and Returns

As Aspire Seating manufactures the majority of our furniture from scratch we therefore cannot offer a refund or cancellation for the return of goods without our written consent, and on our terms which will indemnify us against loss.

Goods that may be accepted for return or cancellation with automatically attract a minimum 25% re-stocking charge, plus an appropriate collection charge, where applicable. Items should be in a saleable / undamaged condition and adequately packaged for collection / transit - damage or shortages that would prevent us from re-selling any returned items will not be credited or refunded.

We cannot offer refund on furniture that has been used for short term events and wish to be returned after use due to no longer being needed, our furniture is manufactured for customers and so cannot be sold on else where and do no wish to scrap unused furniture due to our environmental impact reduction goals.

Occasionally things can go wrong. Whilst we endeavour to ensure we offer the best possible service and product quality we are only human and sometimes (if very rarely!) mistakes can happen. All we ask that is you allow us to do whatever we can within our power to resolve any problem that may present itself.
